Weining (Winnie) Xu is a Research Analyst at the GenForward Survey, where she supports all phases of the research process—including questionnaire design, Qualtrics programming, data collection, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and data visualization. She holds a master’s degree in Survey and Data Science from the University of Michigan and has a strong background in survey methodology and public opinion research. Winnie is passionate about using data to elevate underrepresented voices and inform policy and social change.
